Client engagements are governed by individually agreed written scopes covering deliverables, pricing, timelines, and payment terms. Estimates on this website (including pricing plans) are indicative starting points, not binding offers, until confirmed in a written proposal.

Website content, branding, and design are the property of MintoraX. For client projects, ownership of delivered code and materials transfers to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the project agreement.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintoraX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability under client engagements is defined in the applicable project agreement.
