We integrated an AI claims agent directly into Meridian’s existing claims management system, mirroring the decision criteria of experienced adjusters: intake and classification, automated coverage and liability assessment, then approval, denial or routing to a human.

Automation was deliberately scoped — clear liability, two parties, below a value threshold, no fraud indicators — so risk stayed controlled while 91% of eligible claims settle automatically. Processing time fell 46% and NPS rose 9 points.
