HavenStay needed to stop scaling support headcount with every new city. We designed and shipped six specialised AI agents that plug into their booking platform and messaging channels, each owning one guest workflow end-to-end.
The suite resolves a third of all guest requests with zero human involvement and answers routine questions in seconds. Built with human handover for anything ambiguous, plus an internal builder workflow so HavenStay’s own teams iterate on agents without engineering support.
