TalentBridge’s recruiters were reading CVs 6–7 minutes at a time with inconsistent criteria. We built a screening platform that generates standardised evaluation rules from each job description, scores every application identically, and presents recruiters with ranked shortlists instead of resume piles.

The platform detects missing job descriptions, notifies the team, and integrates directly with their ATS. 9,500+ candidates screened at a 97.8% completion rate, automating 6,500+ hours of manual work.
